If you would prefer not to carry cash and give us a contactless donation, we are pleased to advise that we now have a card reader for your convenience.
Come and join us at our Christmas Fayre on Sunday 8th December from 12pm-3pm. You’ll have the chance to pick up some wee extra Christmas gifts 🎅🎁 There will be home baking, tombola, raffle, hand crafted items and the fabulous Kicking Bear Creations. Also, we would be very grateful to receive any prize donations for the Fayre’s raffle and tombola stall. Please let us know if you need us to collect any of these items. All proceeds raised will help pay towards feeding all the animals over the winter months. Thank you for all your support over the past year. ☃️❄️🐭🐷🐔🦆🐴🐍🦎🐢🐎🐖🐏🦙🐈🐓🐇🐾
Lamont Farm Project has now enrolled with AmazonSmile. If you make eligible Amazon purchases for yourself through the AmazonSmile link and select us as your charity we will receive a small donation from them each time you make an eligible purchase. You use the same account on amazon.co.uk as you do on AmazonSmile (smile.amazon.co.uk). The only difference is you must use the link to the AmazonSmile webpage. Your Amazon shopping cart, Wish List and all other account settings remain unchanged.
On your first visit to smile.amazon.co.uk you need to select a charitable organisation to receive donations from eligible purchases before you begin shopping. Simply search for Lamont Farm Project, select us as your charity and Amazon will remember your selection. Thereafter, every eligible purchase you make at smile.amazon.co.uk will result in a small donation to us.
The amount for each order might only be pennies, but this can soon add up if enough people use it. We are grateful for all donations, no matter how small, so if you already shop at Amazon this is a great way for you to help us out without any effort at all.
You can read more about the AmazonSmile programme here – https://smile.amazon.co.uk/gp/chpf/pd/ref=smi_se_saas_lpd_spd
Thank you from all the humans and animals for your continued support.
We understand that this time of year really is tight for everyone, but we are still appealing for your help! If you can spare even just £1, we now have over 5500 followers on the page – if even half could donate £1, or even just 50p, it would go a long way towards ensuring the survival of Lamont Farm. We receive minimal grants from other bodies, so really do rely on donations to continue to meet all running costs and continue to care for the wide variety of animals here on the Farm.
The cost of everything is increasing, food/bedding/electricity/gas amongst some of the major costs, and we also have large vet bills that need to be paid. Can you help? Please donate what you can, every little really does help!
You can donate by paypal (firstname.lastname@example.org), bank transfer (please PM us to be sent details), cash if you pop into the Farm or cheque (made payable to Lamont Farm Project). Or does your workplace fundraise for a nominated charity? Why not see if they could do a fundraiser for Lamont Farm!
You can also pay money directly towards our vet bill, please PM us if you would like details on how to do this.
The maintenance work at the farm is never-ending so we are always looking for help from anyone who is willing to donate their time and skills.
If there are any colleges that need an on-site training ground for up and coming joiners, plumbers, electricians; then Lamont Farm is the place for you!! Examples of some of the work done previously are –
Two lean-to’s built.
The lights looked at in the main barn.
Showerwall put up in the ladies toilet.
A window put in the barn.
This could also be a good opportunity for any building/plumbing firms for on-site training for apprentices!!?? Or if you just want to donate your time, any help will be much appreciated. 🙂
Please contact the farm on 0141 812 5335 , email us at email@example.com or send us a message via our Facebook page if you can help.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
We are looking for a kind hearted Gardener to come and strim our weeds. We will pay for any for any petrol used by your strimmer and keep you supplied with cups of tea. We know from past experience that a domestic strimmer is no use for this job, so we really need a self-employed gardener or a Company to do this work for us. If you can help please call us on 0141 812 5335, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on our Facebook Page. Thankyou.
Saint-Gobain Building Division have awarded the farm £10,000 worth of building materials, as part of their ‘Nominate to Renovate’ 350 Years celebrations; and we can’t thank them enough – especially the animals!!!
Thanks to all of you that voted for us to receive the award 🙂
Now the hard work begins and we might be calling on some of you for help!!
🙂 🙂 🙂
