A sad day for all at the Farm on 1/9/2020, as we said goodbye to our loveable rogue Harry the sheep. After a short illness we decided our last act of love and kindness would be to help Harry pass over the bridge. Harry was full of fun and mischief and was often seen giving us the run around. If there was trouble you could guarantee Harry was the ringleader, especially if it involved running up and down the road. Harry may have been full of mischief, but he had a soft side where he just loved to nuzzle in for a good scratch and loved rubbing his face against ours. We will miss all his antics very much. RIP Harry, head over Rainbow 🌈 Bridge where we’re sure our angel family will be waiting for you 💔💔💔
Aaw Harry, how we will miss you and your antics. It seems like only yesterday that we were bottle feeding you. We can’t quite believe we won’t have you chasing any of us around the hay bale to make sure we opened it quickly 💔. One thing we’ve learned is that working with animals is the most rewarding job, but also the most soul destroying 💔. RIP sweet boy.
It is with deepest sadness that we post this to advise that our beloved goat Billy passed away over our 40th Anniversary weekend. Billy had recently been ill and took ill again on the afternoon of Saturday 27/5/17. We called the vet in, but sadly there was nothing that could be done for him. Billy went to sleep last one last time, knowing that he was loved so much by everyone. He was a true character and never failed to make everyone who met him smile. Billy we will miss you greatly. Leading the goats out will never be the same without you. We have so many amazing memories of you and the sheer joy you brought to the farm. Rest easy big man, knowing you touched so many hearts and that you will always be remembered. Run free at Rainbow Bridge 🌈 sweet boy.
